The Libera Armchair, designed by Jesús Gasca and Jon Gasca, is an iconic piece from the STUA collection.
It reinterprets the classic structure of the wooden armchair to create a subtle, light and inviting design.
The legs and armrests flow seamlessly into one another, as if the wood had been shaped whilst still in a liquid state.
Thanks to contemporary technologies, the surfaces are tactile, organic and perfectly finished, whilst the seat offers surprising comfort through the use of innovative elastic materials.
Inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe’s famous quote — ‘God is in the details’ — the Libera stands out for its remarkable ergonomics and timeless silhouette, making it a new classic in STUA design.
